Stay in this duplex apartment with WiFi, located on the top (second) floor of a small residence opposite the port of La Houle in Cancale, offering a stunning view of Mont-Saint-Michel. The apartment accommodates 1 to 5 guests. Only small dogs are allowed; no other pets. Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel rental, are available for an extra fee. Enjoy a peaceful moment in the shared garden and a terrace with the rest of the residence, while respecting the tranquility of the area and neighbors. On the first level, you'll find an entrance with a WC, a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, and an exceptional sea view. The living room features a memory foam sofa bed that converts into two sleeping spaces. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with a sea view. A second small bedroom offers a single bed (80x200) that can be converted into a double (160x200). The bathroom has a shower and a WC. A travel cot is available on request. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a fenced garden with terrace, a washing machine, a dryer, and a bike storage area. Small dogs are accepted on request, provided they are well-behaved and clean. During your stay in Cancale, explore the beautiful Emerald Coast facing Mont-Saint-Michel, Pointe du Grouin, oyster farms, and the towns of Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dinard, and Rennes.
